Learn extensively about Tech and banking, gain work experience through varied projects, and expect a permanent role after a successful year. The programme includes rotations in different teams and a group assignment, culminating in a pitch to senior management.

Based in Amsterdam, our Tech organization is internationally oriented. Work in agile squads with motivated professionals committed to delivering optimal software and reliable systems.

Your first year includes four assignments: three rotations in different squads and one group project. You'll gain maximum experience and deliver a working product to senior management.
